Update Information:

eclipse-eclemma < 2.2.1-4 would be broken on f20 since the OSGi metadata requires jacoco < 0.6.4 (see bundle manifests) , and jacoco is now at 0.6.4. This build has applies the f21 patch 'Relax version requirement on jacoco'.
