Summary : Formalization of floating point numbers for Coq

Update Information:
flocq version 2.3.0 changes:
- moved some lemmas from Fcalc_digits to Fcore_digits and made them axiom-free
- used the square root from the standard library instead of a custom one
- added an example about sqrt(sqr(x))
ocaml-ocamlgraph 1.8.5 changes:
- Graphviz: reverted to the old API where edges and vertices are given a single style attribute; but such attributes are collected and output in the DOT file into a list (thus allowing multiple style attributes)
- fixed issue in ./configure with ocamlfind on Win32.
- fixed compilation when laglgnomecanvas is missing (bug introduced in 1.8.4).
- fixed more issues with 'make -j'.
All other packages are rebuilds for one or both of flocq and ocaml-ocamlgraph.
