The GRand Unified Bootloader (GRUB) is a highly configurable and customizable

Update Information:
Fix grub2 behaviour in several situations:
1) os-prober detected other linux os but we didn't use linux16/linuxefi to boot it
2) grubenv didn't work on efi machines
3) debug/rescue kernels now sort to the end in mkconfig
4) the "fallback" grub variable only worked by index before
