Update Information:

This is a rebuild of sphinxbase to make it rely on atlas rather than the reference blas+lapack implementations.  The builds also contain a number of spec file cleanups, notably fixing some -devel dependencies.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use
su -c 'yum update sphinxbase' at the command line.
