The Crypt::CipherSaber module implements CipherSaber encryption, described
at http://ciphersaber.gurus.com/. It is simple, fairly speedy, and
relatively secure algorithm based on RC4.

Update Information:

This release fixes a bug in parsing encrypted file if the stored initialization vectored contains a new-line character. It also fixes build script to verify upstream signature properly.
