libreport:
- add "Details" button on the screen with comment
- terminate reporting after the emergency analysis
- reduce the amount of log messages
- parse release version from os-release (Python)
- gui: use symbolic icons

abrt:
- fix a bug in localization
- reduced the amount of log messages
- revert: support handling crashes in lxc containers
- oops: fix a use after free bug uncoverd by coverity
- oops: add man page.patch
