Update Information:

Added a global excludes macro to fix EL6 issues with example Perl modules.
Marked the examples in -c-devel as doc.
Rebased on Proton 0.9.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use
su -c 'yum update qpid-proton' at the command line.
