Description :
The Simple Library for Python 2.x packages contain miscellaneous code for
convenience, extension and workaround purposes.

This package provides the "slip" and the "slip.util" modules.

Update Information:

This update fixes two bugs:    * It listened too aggressively for
NameOwnerChanged dbus signals and was notified about all name owner changes on
the bus, causing unnecessary load.  * It used GLib functions through the GObject
wrapper, which caused warnings to be printed out.

su -c 'yum update python-slip' at the command line.
