This update upgrades Dist-Zilla to 5.042 (fixes for test warnings, dependency
specification, PkgVersion plugin, PodCoverageTests plugin, PodSyntaxTests
plugin, new static_attribution attribution to MakeMaker plugin), App-Cmd to
0.330 (fixes dependency specification, handling "exit" in App::Cmd::Tester, adds
"--help" option to all commands, adds "show_version_cmd" option), fixes MouseX-
App-Cmd (compatibility with App-Cmd-0.328), adds new perl-MouseX-Foreign package
(extending non-Mouse classes as well as Mouse classes).
