software is used for command-line and in a graphical interfaces (you may not
know how it is used), or has to cope with internationalization; these modules
try to simplify this.

Update Information:

This release fixes Dancer2 object build, ::Domain::setContext with PAIRS as
parameter, collecting stack for exceptions inside try block. It adds dispatchers
order, interpolating context setting inside msg_id, ::Domain::updateContext(),
new option dispatcher "do-not-reopen", $msg paramater to ::Dispatcher::File
option format() with CODE, new method ::Try::hide(), new option
::Dispatcher::Syslog::new(format).
