Name : python-GridDataFormats
Product : Fedora 23
Version : 0.3.2
Release : 2.fc23
URL : https://github.com/orbeckst/GridDataFormats
Summary : Read and write data on regular grids in Python
Description :

GridDataFormats provides the Python package 'gridData'. It contains a class
('Grid') to handle data on a regular grid --- basically NumPy n-dimensional
arrays. It supports reading from and writing to some common formats (such as
OpenDX).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:

python-GridDataFormats changes since 0.3.0: * can import without scipy present
(scipy.ndimage will only be used on demand when interpolation of a Grid is
requested) (issue #25) * fixed writing of DX files failed with
"NotImplementedError: Only regularly spaced grids allowed." (issue #21 and
MDAnalysis/mdanalysis#544) Also, the package was built with enabled tests
(python-tempdir was required).
