Update Information:

This update fixes many memory leaks, allows Layer2-only configurations to be started on interfaces, fixes a crash when a WWAN modem provides no DNS information, and ensures that available WWAN connections are shown when a modem is unlocked.
Update to 0.9.10.1, a 0.9.10.2 release candidate 1 tarball
This is for testing the 0.9.10.2 release candidate, not to be pushed into stable until the real 0.9.10.2.
