* **API change**: hook_path_breadcrumbs_view_alter() is now called for both cached and uncached items. Use object property from_cache to check if Path Breadcrumbs item was loaded from cache.
* Issue #2246181: Caching enhancements — Empty results are now cached to prevent heavy variant lookup process.
* Issue #2261911: Also clone translations — When cloning translatable Path Breadcrumbs item, clone its translations too.
* Issue #2290447: Hide breadcrumbs on user/password — Allow to create empty PB items.
