Update Information:

The tvtime package accumulated several bugs since 2005, when the original author stopped maintianing it. Those fixes happened at the distros, but also at linuxtv.org, where we keep maintaining it.
The Fedora package is too outdated, still pointing to the wrong site, and missing several fixes. So, update it to the very latest version (1.0.6).
