Geospatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL/OGR) is a cross platform

It provides the primary data access engine for many applications.
GDAL/OGR is the most widely used geospatial data access library.

Update Information:

Update armadillo to the latest stable version (version 5.200.2).

There are several new features in version 5 (corresponding to versions 5.000, 5.100 and 5.200) that concern to sparse matrices and to C++11 support.
