Update Information:

Fix puppet paths and unit files (upstream #12185)
Since Fedora 22 rebased Ruby 2.2 which breaks Puppet 3.7.x and Puppetlabs indicated that they won't support it, it's been decided to move to 4.0.x (unresponsive maintainer, so it's been discussed between the people who actually maintains it)
