We are glad to announce the release of version 1.6.0 of the MongoDB PHP driver.

It supports all new features for MongoDB 3.0, including:

* Support for WiredTiger, and other storage engines.
* Support for the new SCRAM-SHA-1 SASL authentication mechanism
* Support for 50 replica set members
