Update Information:

This is a bug fix release.

We fixed a few user-facing issues:

* Deduplicate characters (Mathieu Bridon)
* Fix some issues triggering crash catchers like Fedora's ABRT or Ubuntu's Apport (Mathieu Bridon)
* Fix a mistake in the Taiwan translation (Koala Yeung)

As well as others, for developers and distro builders:

* Fix a deprecation warning (Mathieu Bridon)
* Properly detect graphical capabilities, to skip the appropriate unit tests (Mathieu Bridon)

Finally, a documentation improvement:

* Added Gentoo installation instructions (Brendan Horan)
