New upstream 0.104.1 bugfix release. 

A brief summary of the changes:

* Fixed auto-complete when searching in the activities list.
* Fixed broken background CP section.
* Complete Polish, Dutch and Igbo translations for sugar and sugar-toolkit-gtk3.
