HEVEA is a quite complete and fast LATEX to HTML translator.
HEVEA renders symbols by using the so-called HTML "entities", which
modern browsers display correctly most of the time.

Changes in 2.19:
- Add a command \@htmlargs for re-defining the <html...> opening tag attributes

Changes in 2.20:
- Correct  2.09 correction, the test for the status of char '"' was negated... (PR #004)

- Preliminary support for the Portuguese language (credit Carlos Camarao)

Changes in 2.22:
- Attempt implementation of \specialcomment (comment package).
- \indexname now used in packages makeidx and multind as the default index name (Was 'Index')

Changes in 2.23:
- include examples source in the distribution, as advertised on web page
