The WBXML Library (libwbxml) contains a library and its associated tools to
parse, encode and handle WBXML documents. The WBXML format is a binary
representation of XML, defined by the Wap Forum, and used to reduce
bandwidth in mobile communications.

Update Information:

This release fixes a memoly leak in wbxml_tree_clb_xml_end_element(), adds checks for incorrect usage of wbxml_fill_header() and wbxml_strtbl_collect_strings() and it improves internal tests.
