Add a dep on python3-lockfile for python3-fedora  ----  Force the Bodhi2 url in
the BodhiClient shim (for /usr/bin/bodhi).  ----  - Fix Bodhi2Client base urls.
- Warn in the event of an absent username at login time.  ----  - Cache session
cookies between use for clients using OpenID. - Retry failed requests for
clients using OpenID - Remove Bodhi server version detection code. - Python3
support for the BodhiClient. - Drop support for python-requests-1.x
