"Test::Strict" lets you check the syntax, presence of "use strict;" and
"use warnings;" in your perl code.  It reports its results in standard
"Test::Simple" fashion.

Update Information:

A new version of Test::Strict is available.  This release alters the syntax_ok()
sub so it accepts module names not containing '::'.
