Update Information:

Get option 'lookuptableorientation' default value from database (Thanks to
Heiher <r at hev.cc>).  ----  Fix U+8986 in Unihan_variants.txt, it is both
simplified *and* traditional Chinese  ----  update to 1.9.6; Use
os.path.expanduser('~') instead of os.getenv('HOME')
