Name : systemd
Product : Fedora 23
Version : 222
Release : 6.fc23
URL : http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd
Summary : A System and Service Manager
Description :
systemd is a system and service manager for Linux, compatible with
SysV and LSB init scripts. systemd provides aggressive parallelization
capabilities, uses socket and D-Bus activation for starting services,
offers on-demand starting of daemons, keeps track of processes using
Linux cgroups, supports snapshotting and restoring of the system
state, maintains mount and automount points and implements an
elaborate transactional dependency-based service control logic. It can
work as a drop-in replacement for sysvinit.

Update Information:

Scope units will not get killed immediately during shutdown (#1170765), and
assorted bugfixes.

[ 1 ] Bug #1170765 - systemd: all processes in scopes (including user sessions) SIGKILLed immediately on shutdown with no opportunity to shut down cleanly
[ 2 ] Bug #1202598 - systemd throttling, taking up 25%+ CPU: "Looping too fast. Throttling execution a little."
  [ 3 ] Bug #1226908 - PKG: systemd-221 needs to conflict with chkconfig < 1.5
  [ 4 ] Bug #1195761 - ostree-prepare-root broken with 219
