Add symbolic icon and X-GNOME-Utilities desktop category. Give karma if you use
GNOME and you have a black-and-white icon in the top bar when it's running, and
if it appears in the Utilities folder.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update gnome-characters' at the command line.
