Update Information:

This updates to the latest stable version of the webtools platform, 3.7.0, which
is aimed at Eclipse Mars. It also fixes the FTBFS that was pointed out in the
f23 mass rebuild.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update eclipse-webtools' at the command line.
