This package comes with it's own database to look up the IPv4's country, and
is totally free.

Update Information:

This release provides IP database snapshot from 2015-07-13. It increases cache
size to 5000 entries and it keeps the cache populated as much as possible.
Especially, it remove only one entry instead of flushing all the entries when
the cache is full.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update perl-Geo-IPfree' at the command line.
