Update Information:

This updates fixes the gdal and pydot dependencies.  The former was broken for
python3, and the latter was broken by a change in the pydot package, for both
python2 and python3.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update python-networkx' at the command line.
