Update Information:

We see many Gtk3 crashes in recent Firefox but it can't be analyzed by Mozilla
crash tool. So this release disables Mozilla crash reporter and sends crash
stats directly at ABRT retrace server which is able to get backtraces of Gtk3
and other system libraries.
