- When idle, Eclipse process should be around ~1% CPU usage (or same CPU usage
as when the Eclipse workbench window is minimized) - When no git repositories
are configured within the git perspective, the icons/links iin the repositories
view should not have a white rectangular background around them that is
mismatched with the view's background
