A tool to dump ABI of an ELF object containing DWARF debug info.

The tool is intended to be used with ABI Compliance Checker tool for tracking
ABI changes of a C/C++ library or kernel module.

* Support for analysis of the Linux kernel.  * Added a new target to build graph
of ABI symbols (target=graph).  * Ability to regenerate objects report
(target=objectsreport).  * Carefully map headers when creating headers diff.  *
Added ABIDiff, CompatRate, SkipHeaders, Mode, Soname, ReportHeader,
ContentHeader and ReportStyle options of the profile.
