Emerald is themeable window decorator and compositing

Update Information:

- emerald Fix having resize cursor activated for maximized windows. Fix right
click near top edge of maximized windows. Add an option to emerald-theme-manager
to disable shading when titlebar is scrolled. Add support for a Super Maximize
button (toggles fullscreen). Fix some memory leaks.  - fusion-icon Fix a crash
in some cases caused by an error in DE detection (#1). Acknowledge fusion-icon-
panel icon in Qt backend. Some minor fixes.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update emerald' at the command line.
