Update Information:

- Filter out __GNUC__ to fix build failure on powerpc  - EXP ciphers is disable
in openssl-1.0.2g, so remove test_ssl.MiscSSLClientTestCase.test_no_weak_cipher

su -c 'yum update m2crypto' at the command line.
