This utility is designed to write a Makefile for an extension module from a
Makefile.PL. It is based on the Makefile.SH model provided by Andy
Dougherty and the perl5-porters.

Update Information:

This update allows to install perl-IPC-Cmd package without installing perl-
ExtUtils-MakeMaker package. That prevents from installing perl-devel into the
system.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
