The exclusivearch is needed of course. Otherwise things break on the other arches.
FE doesn't build on any non-mono arch, so that doesn't matter.

I haven't tried on x86-64. Maybe it needs:
make install DESTDIR=$RPM_BUILD_ROOT GACUTIL_FLAGS="/package gtk-sharp /gacdir
%{_prefix}/lib /root ${RPM_BUILD_ROOT}%{_prefix}/lib"
that gtk-sharp2 has.
