If we ship OpenPBX in Fedora then I'm sure its developer base will increase. And
where they're using code inherited from Asterisk, can't they just port fixes
from Asterisk too?

But I really would prefer to ship Asterisk itself. The only reason I'm even
considering OpenPBX is because of the _technical_ improvements -- mainly
eliminating the _requirement_ for zaptel, and shipping app_conference.

Let's go ahead with an Asterisk package without zaptel for now, and then work on
getting the rest up to scratch.
