Thorsten, would please make yourself familiar with the Fedora Packaging
Guidelines and modify your spec to its conventions.

Just to point out a some issues:
* Source: should be an absolute URL
* Remove "Prefix:"
* Adopt FPC's conventions on "Release:" and "BuildRoot:"
* Use %configure instead of ./configure
* %{_libdir}/*.so's belong into *-devel
* Shipping static libs
* *devel contains files which should go to *-debuginfo-* only.
