Exactly. Except for this issue the spec looks right now, but there is
still a link to the .src.rpm missing

You can look at most of the other review request, to understand 
what is missing, like this one:

Moreover it would allow to follow the chnages, while your spec file only
show the latest version (although since it is in svn changes can be 
tracked, but no that easily).
