Sorry about that...

First off, please bump the Release number whenever you make changes (as you did,
apparently, but your SRPM link was still to -3).

Requires(preun): /sbin/ldconfig

should be (I think)

Requires(postun): /sbin/ldconfig

You're running ldconfig in %postun, not %preun.

Your other three fixes are correct, though.
