Proposed spec changes

I am proposing this patch to your spec.

It 
- removes a bogus "-w -O" from CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS, which overrides RPM_OPT_FLAGS
- changes the Makefiles to be more verbose and to reporting what they actually
do
