Also I propose to change the %descrption, such that

"See http://www.flaterco.com/xtide/files.html
for details on where to get these."

becomes

"See the included README.fedora or http://www.flaterco.com/xtide/files.html
for details on where to get these."

And if we provide a script, add

"Alternatively you can run the provided script xtide_get_harmonics.sh 
to install these files."
