These comments come from a glance at the spec.

You should not add the doc files that are in the main package
in the -devel package (README/COPYING...). 

You have 2 %changelog in the spec file.

The latest changelog entry is not very informative.

%{_datadir}/idl/ seems to be unowned.

AutoReq:         yes is unneeded.

Why is gnome-common needed as builrequires?

in devel the requires for main should be (see guidelines):
Requires:         %name = %{version}-%{release}

I may have misunderstood something, but it seems to me that
this package is a connector for the Brutus server, not 
for microsoft exchange, and it is the Brutus server which does 
the work of connecting to the exchange server. The description
should reflect that (unless I am wrong...).

The url points to the main OMC site, but evolution-brutus is
not easily found from that page since this page is primarily 
about Brutus. The page I found which really describes
e-b is:
