Review:
+ package builds in mock (development i386).
- rpmlint is NOT silent for SRPM and RPM.
  W: aspell-nl incoherent-version-in-changelog -51:0.1e-4 51:0.1e-4.fc7
  You can do this at next release also.
  But following messages are ignorable
  E: aspell-nl no-binary
  E: aspell-nl only-non-binary-in-usr-lib
  E: aspell-nl configure-without-libdir-spec
+ SPEC file contains explanation about above warnings.
+ source files match upstream.
