Well, this is svn version, right?
I suppose svn version does not have configure, etc...

So please 
* write in the spec file how you created this tarball as a comment
  like
------------------------------------------------
# The svn version tarball is created by the following command
# $ svn .........
# $ tar .........
------------------------------------------------
  so that I can reproduce the tarball which you used.

* write from autoreconf, .... in %prep stage and add appropriate
  BuildRequires.
