Description: 
Bioperl-run contain modules that provide a Perl interface to various
bioinformatics applications. This allows various applications to be
used with common Bioperl objects.

There is no LICENSE file in the top-level directory, but each .pm file contains either:

"You may distribute this module under the same terms as perl itself"

"This module is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
it under the same terms as Perl itself."

which makes the license=GPL or Artistic.
