A formalistic comment:
this bug should be assigned to a reviewer (who must be != pkg owner), which
would at the end guarantee that the pkg passed the review.

So, if I understand the process correctly, Ralf should have assigned the bug to
himself when posting comment #1.

(Later on, Jan has assigned the bug to himself, which is a common mistake among
RH developers coming from Fedora Core.)
