yes, and because it is a personal environment variable not linked to a specific
release of Bouml, to set it at installation time seems a very complicated way.
Users just have to define this variable (and may be BOUML_EDITOR,
BOUML_LIMIT_DESKTOP, BOUML_TEMPLATE and BOUML_CHARSET !) modifying *one* time
their .login or .cshrc or .bashrc or ...
