oh no ! 
1) BOUML_ID is not only necessary to projectControl,
2) for a given user, BOUML_ID *must* be the same for bouml, projectControl and
projectSynchro
3) I can't image to ask for the value each time the user call one of the 3 tools ;-)

The definition of the variable is a false problem, it is the responsibility of
the user to define the variables he needs, and he will do that *one* time
modifying its .bachrc or similar file. Do not make nodes with the brain for that ;-)
