this is possible under a Linux (Bouml work also under Windows) but this is
restrictive. A user may want to work on a project at work and at home with the
same right (projectControl) => with the same BOUML_ID, but with two user IDs

Please, I insist : the environment variables is NOT a problem, don't try to
solve it yourself for the users, else you will introduce problems and/or
restrictions
